I am really really bad at taking pills. I have the worst gag reflex, and have choked on pills and then thrown up in the past. Since then I avoid taking anything larger than tylenol at all costs.
These PNVs are fucking huge. I swear they are horse pills. Gulp.
Dude, get the Walgreens brand, they're a lot smaller than those other pnvs, I can't swallow big pills either..
