I don't think there is any change since last week. Still got that nice little pouch that I could call bloat, but really it's nothing new.
Total Weight Gain/Loss: I'm actually not sure since we don't own a scale. If I get to my parents house today I will weigh myself and see (I did weigh myself there a few days before the BFP).
Edit - apparently I am down 3 lbs since a week and a half ago. Go figure!
Maternity Clothes: Nope. Confession though? I would love to use pregnancy as an excuse to buy a bella band and wear it with the pants that were snug before we even started trying.
Stretch Marks: I've had a bunch on my inner thighs for a few years, and I'm quite scared to see what will come next. So far though, nothing new.
Sleep: 1st tri exhaustion is setting in, for sure. I am ready for bed early in the evening. Sleeping in, however, does not happen. I used to be very happy with my average waking time of 7:30-8 am. What is with this 5:30-6 am stuff?
Movement: Only of the bowels. Still regular there, thankfully!
Food Cravings/Aversions: Nothing specific. But before pregnancy I used to crave chocolate daily. I haven't wanted it once since. And the leftover candy corn pumpkins from Halloween? Still sitting there. Used to be one of my favorite candies, now it tastes like wax.
Gender: If you go by my friend who had a dream that I was pregnant 2 days prior to the BFP, and again the day after, it will be a boy. In both of her dreams, I was having a boy. I think it's also important to note that she didn't even know we were trying!
Belly Button in or out: I have always had an innie/outie. It's weird. But I predict it popping out early.
What I miss: Nothing as of yet.. I like that I am not craving junk like I used to!
What I am looking forward to: Telling our close family members at Thanksgiving.
Weekly Wisdom: Get the camera ready for everyone you tell - I wish I had thought to tape my brother's reaction, because it was priceless!
Best Moment of the Week: Telling my parents. I've been dreaming of that moment for a long time, and it was so amazing!
love it! I am going to love living vicariously through you over the next 35 weeks :) Tell the story of telling your parents! I'd love to hear it
ReplyDeleteYou so should buy a bella band now, why not capitalize on all that pregnancy has to offer? lol
ReplyDeleteOh, and I also would love to hear the story of telling your parents.. (and did you tell J's parents too??)
