Easter went well! The ham turned out awesome, and J made a yummy raisin sauce to go with it. We also made mashed potatoes, corn, and salad, and my mom brought squash and carrots. As Rachael Ray would say, it was delish!
Dessert was awesome too - spice cake with cream cheese frosting, oreo truffles, and cold stone cupcakes! Yummm!
About that whole weight loss thing... yeeaahhh maybe tomorrow.
In other news, it's gorgeous out today, and I would love to go home and read on the porch for a bit, but nope, gotta paint the house. Booo. I am excited to get it done though, right now we have mint green siding - it's hideous. Here are before pics, I will post some after pics once it's done!
